What is it?

 This is a simple and easy way to instantly change the logo appearing at the top of your printed presentations. LogoChanger allows you to customize your printed presentations by inserting your company, customer or, supplier logo to the printed pages you build using RepLink Presenter.

 

How do you prepare to use it?

In order to use Logo Changer, you must first have logos to use for it.  You may want to use multiple logos for your company, supplier logos for use when making a presentation with products from a single presentation, or the logos from your promotion and catalog customers who want to reuse your presentation to sell to their clients.

 

In order to look properly in presentations the logos must be 7.5” wide by 1” high.  They also need to be saved in “.gif” format.  The first step would be to adjust the height of any image logo to 1” and then adjust the width of the “CANVAS” to 7.5”.  You would then save the image as a .gif.  If anyone in your office is familiar with any major  image program like Photoshop or Illustrator they should be able to prepare the logos for Logo Changer without much effort.

 

If you do not have anyone in your office familiar with working with images, you can upload the logos you want converted to us using your RepLink Control Panel at www.replinkonline.com/controlcenter.asp and put in the request to convert the logo using the RepLink Request on your control panel.  While very often we will be able to get the logo back to you by the next business day, it could take up to 5 business days for us to turn it around to you.

 

How do you install it?

No installation necessary!  Just download the LogoChanger using the link above.  To make the program easy to find, save the file to your desktop. The file is small so the download should occur very quickly.

 

How do you use it?

Double click the icon and the LogoChanger program opens as a simple control panel. Use the various buttons to add logos to the LogoChanger program, select the logo you want to appear on a printed presentation and delete logos so they are no longer available. To make logo selection easy, a thumbnail image of the logo will appear when it has been chosen from the ‘Available Logos’ list.
